Rotisserie Grill

meatThere is really no comparing food cooked on a rotisserie grill to food cooked on a traditional covered grill. Foods cooked on a rotisserie grill are generally more flavorful, juicier and tender. The spinning of the rotisserie allows food to self baste and cook evenly and slow roast.

Rotisserie grilling generally requires lower heat and flame to prevent over cooking or cooking too quickly. Also, a drip pan should be used to prevent over cooking from flare ups. Be sure to properly balance all food in the middle of the skewer. Tightly secure wings and legs and be sure the food is secured to the spit.

Rotisserie grilling is a huge step up from ordinary grilling!
